2050 Energies is a 100% Black female-owned BEE company, founded in 2023. The company’s primary purpose is to source LPG gas and make it readily accessible to township markets. We are an official distributor for Oryx Energies (www.oryxenergies.com).
In addition to our core LPG gas distribution, 2050 Gas, Powered by 2050 Energies has been building competencies in the LPG gas environment, focusing on saving our clients time and money. We aim to deliver affordable and high-quality LPG gas solutions while supporting township households, which are estimated to consume an average of 10 kg per month of LPG for heating and cooking purposes.
Our business model is centred around establishing retail units at shopping centres in townships, retailing LPG gas at affordable prices. This concept is gaining traction in South Africa.
